Client copilot changelog
Current version: . Back to the tool
Every release gets a version number and a line here before it ships. The number shown at the bottom of the tool
(version.js) is the number in this file. Times are AST.
From v4.7.0 on, versions follow the product line Victor uses (v4.x). Before that, the same tool shipped under the
v4.3 product line with internal build numbers v3.1.10 to v3.1.38; those builds are listed below with what changed,
so nothing is lost.
v4.9.0 (Nov 1 2026, ~5:05 AM)
Plan cards are shorter: "Your Drugs" and "Your Doctors" start closed (Victor, 4:42 AM).
- Each section shows one row with its title and count ("3 of 3 covered", "0 of 2 in network") and an arrow. Click the row to open the full list; click again to close. About 2.4 inches shorter per card (812 to 577 pixels on the demo).
- A list you open stays open while the page updates. Empty sections ("None added" with the Add button) stay as they were.
- Not in this release: TrueCost Rx in the Best overall yearly cost and the Best protection worst-case change were built, then pulled after Astra's review found they could count drug costs the estimate never charged. They come back rebuilt through the estimator.
v4.8.0 (Nov 1 2026, 4:18 AM)
Real drug prices where the plan's own PDF is silent about the deductible.
- The 2027 benefits files never had the CMS check (the CMS 2027 data file is not published yet), so every PDF row like "No charge (retail, Tier 1A)" stayed "deductible rule unknown" and the tool showed "Covered, Price confirmed at enrollment". The CMS Marketplace API serves the same federal filing; it now settles each silent row. Florida unknown rows went from 185 to 22, Texas from 314 to 10. Georgia runs its own exchange, so CMS has none of its plans; Georgia is unchanged.
- Example: Oscar Silver Simple Diabetes generics (atorvastatin, lisinopril, metformin ER) now show $0 from day one, confirmed by the plan PDF and CMS.
- Correction: UHC Texas plans showed lisinopril and atorvastatin at "$25 copay" from HealthSherpa, and the tool told agents TrueCost Rx saves $600 a year on them. The plan PDF and CMS both say No Charge, so TrueCost Rx is now correctly "plan is cheaper" there.
- The yearly estimate also reads the CMS cell when it matches the PDF amount (same as 2026), so some yearly totals and picks change with the real prices.
- Base plans only; CSR silver variants (73/87/94%) keep the PDF-only rule until their CMS data is pulled.
v4.7.2 (Nov 1 2026, ~3:50 AM)
- Demo link now adds the two doctors too. In the v4.7.1 test build the doctor search was dropped when the page moved focus, so only the medicines loaded; v4.7.1 never went live.
v4.7.1 (Nov 1 2026, ~3:35 AM, test build only)
Demo link fills in everything an agent would, so Jose and Dave can see a full quote without typing.
?demo=3&full=1 quotes the Miami household (age 52, $40,000), adds atorvastatin, lisinopril and metformin ER from the drug list, picks two doctors from a real doctor search (Luis Garcia Mayol, internal medicine; Emely Garcia, optometrist) and turns on the add-ons. &meds=1 or &doc=1 alone add just that part.
- Only the demo link changed. Nothing an agent does by hand works differently.
v4.7.0 (Nov 1 2026, ~3:15 AM)
Rodrigo's plan-picking rules, in the approved three-tile Top picks box (no design change).
- Lowest cost tile = Rodrigo's Option 1: the cheapest plan that is still good. $0 to $10 counts as $0; at the same price gold beats silver beats expanded bronze; never a non-expanded bronze, catastrophic, platinum, or a deductible over $7,500; day-one doctor copays preferred; doctors count, medicines do not.
- Best overall tile = Rodrigo's Option 2: the best plan for this client. Gold or silver only; the cheapest full year with the client's medicines; a medicine with a day-one copay beats one that needs the deductible first; 94% and 87% CSR silvers first, everyone else gold first; unknown income does not guess the CSR level.
- Florida Blue is docked $15 a month in Florida, so it wins only when it clearly beats the others.
- A plan whose estimate left something out ranks on its worst case, so an unproven price never pushes out a cheaper plan and never sneaks in a plan that is only cheap because a medicine was left out.
- Every tile carries one reason line built from facts (premium, metal, deductible, max, medicine price, doctors).
- Rodrigo's 2nd and 3rd places are the next cards under "Our pick first".
- Best protection never shows a platinum.
- Compare and Share default to the Best overall and Lowest cost tiles.
- New address: copilot.truecostgroup.com.
- Checked against both of Rodrigo's Loom videos (Gemini read every plan he clicked): at $45,000, age 40, 33012 the tool picks his plans (Gold Basic, Bronze Classic 4700). Astra review: 3 passes, 5/10, 7/10, 8/10; every open finding fixed after pass 3. Builds v3.1.34 to v3.1.38 were the test copies of this release.
v4.3 line, builds v3.1.10 to v3.1.33 (Oct 30 to Nov 1 2026)
- v3.1.33 (Nov 1, 1:10 AM): Share works for AvMed and UnitedHealthcare couple reports with medicines. 2027 doctor search finds offices and shows each doctor's status from the carrier's 2026 directory, labeled as such.
- v3.1.32 (Oct 31, 11:46 PM): everything Rodrigo and Dave hit in testing fixed; Georgia price proof per applicant.
- v3.1.30 (Oct 31, 9:59 PM): live QA findings fixed.
- v3.1.29 (Oct 31, 8:28 PM): 2027 CMS rates and benefits, 2027 max out of pocket ceiling $12,000, "$0 a month" for a zero credit, Spanish specialty names, clean four-column medicines table, live QA runner.
- v3.1.25 (Oct 31): bottom price block, Your Details six boxes, normalized carrier logos, 2027 medicines on with every 2027 price proven.
- v3.1.10 (Oct 30): v4.3 shipped (Astra 9.3, ship).
